Four primitives that make it work

One virtual account per property
Every property gets its own virtual bank account with a unique routing and account number. Tenant deposits hit the right ledger automatically, with no manual matching and no reconciliation risk.
Immutable ledger per property
Every payment event, fee deduction, and USDC transfer is a signed, append-only entry scoped to that property. The audit trail is deterministic. Audits become a query, not a project.
Private transfers with eERC20
Move reserves between wallets with on-chain privacy. Amounts and counterparties are encrypted via Groth16 ZK proofs. Only the auditor and account owner can decrypt, while the trail stays intact.
Spend from reserve, not your pocket
Each property gets a card funded from its reserve percentage. Use it for maintenance, contractors, and utilities. Every charge is logged to the property ledger automatically. LPs see exactly where the reserve went.
